Returns
l want to return a purchase. What do l do?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Aromalish products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at aromalishinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.
Unfortunately, orders older than 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 5 business days, after we receive the return. Of course, we are always here if you need any help along the way. Email us at aromalishinfo@gmail.com and we can help you with any step.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the items returned.
How long do l have to return an item?
You may return any items, for any reason, within 30 days of order delivery. Please see our Return Policy for conditions and instructions.
What if my product arrived damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your product arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at aromalishinfo@gmail.com with the following:

The quantity of broken items

The order number and we'll work on a replacement
Please ask for a refund OR a replacement if you feel your product has a manufacturer defect, Please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Order Issue Conditions: • Damages / Shortages / Order issues must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt.
• Any required replacements will be shipped with same service level as original order.
• Any required refunds will be prorated for the quantity affected.
Shipping
How quick will my order ship?
During the current season, we expect most orders to be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you have a specific delivery need, please contact our friendly customer service at aromalishinfo@gmail.com to make sure your order will be delivered on schedule. They can provide you with exact times to ensure your satisfaction and can personally take your order to guarantee the delivery date you need.
When will my order arrive? Will you send me a tracking number?
All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.Please see our Shipping Policy prior to placing your order for more details.
After your order is processed, we will email you a tracking number confirming the delivery date.
International Shipping: Depending on the location selected, international shipping typically takes up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
My tracking number isn't working!
Don't worry! All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely your package will update by the end of the day. If there's any outstanding issues after 48 hours, please contact us and we'll look into the situation :)
Do you offer free shipping?
Any subtotal over $75.00 will qualify for free shipping.
My order qualified for free shipping but the cart still has a shipping cost?
Any subtotal over $75.00 will qualify for free shipping. If you apply a discount, this may reduce your subtotal to the point where you are disqualified from free shipping; in some cases you may save more with your discount compared to free shipping, so make sure to double check so that you get the best deal possible!
My order is being marked as delivered, but I'm not finding it.
Once the package leaves our headquarters, the delivery time (including delays) is determined by the carrier. We kindly ask our customers to send their packages to the correct address within 3-5 business days of the delivery date. Occasionally, the carrier may mark a package as delivered before it actually reaches its destination, or in some cases, the package is delivered to an access point/locker for customer pickup. We recommend that you contact the carrier directly with any shipping/delivery related questions as they will be able to provide more information.
We also encourage customers to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; Aromalish is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.

Order Status
How do I cancel my order?
email your order number and request to aromalishinfo@gmail.com. We process and ship most orders within minutes of receiving them, so if you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders once they are placed due to the automated nature of our fulfilment there isn't an ability to alter the address.
If you need a change of address for your package, please contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping information or request that your package is delivered to an access point / local pick-up location near you. Aromalish is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, thanks for your understanding!
Do you offer gift cards?
We know that finding the perfect scent can be a personal experience. That's why we created the gift card! Let your loved one pick their favorite fragrance in our soy candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, incense, and more.
Here’s how our gift cards work: gift cards are delivered by email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards. If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours. Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card afterwards.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they do not expire!
Why was my order cancelled?
Although this rarely occurs, we will occasionally cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place to protect all of our customers and if flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. If this does occur, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
Aromalish reserves the right to cancel any order.
Payments
Does Aromalish offer payment installment plans?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay installments on orders $50+.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express,Apple Pay,Diners Club,Meta Pay,Google Pay,Shop Pay,Venmo,Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Amazon Payments, and PayPal.
We do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.
ls my credit card information secure?
Yes, we use the strongest encryption available to protect your information. You may also place a phone order with us, if you do not wish to enter your credit card information on the checkout form.

How do l create an account?

How do I edit account information?
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How do I recover a lost password?
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" That link will send an email to you with your password.
Personalization
Can I return my personalized product?
Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned except when due to defect. This includes candles with handwritten notes on the packaging and printed notes on the candles.
Does adding personalization delay my order?
Yes, please allow 2-3 additional days for processing personalized candles.
How much does adding a handwritten note to my candle packaging cost?
It costs $5 to add a handwritten note to your candle packaging.
Can I add or edit personalization once my order has been placed?
We are unable to add, remove, or edit any sort of personalization once the order has been placed due to the automated nature of our fulfilment process.

Why did I receive candles with gaps around them
The small gaps you observe on the surface of the candle may be a natural result of temperature variations, especially during extreme temperature changes. Our candles are handcrafted, and fluctuations in temperature can cause minor differences between the wax and the container, resulting in tiny gaps.
Please be assured that this does not impact the functionality or safety of the candle. If you have any concerns or further questions, we are here to provide support and clarification. Thank you for your understanding and support.
What ingredients do you use?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully considered to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and have never been tested on animals. A full list of ingredients is available on each product page.
Our candles are made with 100% vegetable wax wax, cotton wicks, wood wicks, and a premium blend of essential oils made from natural and man-made materials.
Why do you use synthetic fragrances?
We choose to use synthetic fragrances to ensure the stability and longevity of the candle's scent. Synthetic fragrances provide a consistent aroma, ensuring that each candle delivers the same enjoyable olfactory experience.
Additionally, they offer a wider range of scent options, allowing us to create diverse and unique candle fragrances to cater to various customer preferences and needs. We also prioritize product safety and quality, and all used fragrances comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Pet safety info
Our candles are crafted with safe ingredients, making them generally pet-friendly. However, as pets' sensitivity to scents varies, we recommend keeping the space well-ventilated when burning candles to minimize any impact on them.
If you have concerns about your pets' reactions, it's advisable to consult with a vet before using candles. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable product experience, and if you have any further questions or need additional advice, we'd be happy to help.

Our candles are known for their rich and long-lasting fragrances. We carefully select and blend each scent to ensure a delightful atmosphere when burning. The intensity of the fragrance may vary between series and types, but our aim is to provide a satisfying and enduring olfactory experience.

What's the best way to care for your products?

Candle Storage

Store candles in a cool and dry place.

High temperatures or direct sunlight can melt the surface of candles, affecting their fragrance dispersion and reducing scent release when lit.

Extended Burn Time

Keep the wick length between 5-8 millimeters.

Trimming the wick ensures even burning and prevents smoke and soot on the candle holder.

Avoid burning candles in windy areas to ensure even burning and prolong candle life.

Burn candles for at least 2 hours but not exceeding 4 hours per session.

For prolonged burning, extinguish the candle every 4 hours and relight as needed.

Protect furniture, especially with scented candles in metal containers, as they can become hot during extended burning. Avoid direct placement on surfaces.

Can I use Aromalish products while pregnant, nursing, or around children?
Our scented candles are crafted with safe ingredients, generally suitable for use. However, individual reactions may vary, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with children. We recommend consulting with your doctor before use, especially for pregnant or breastfeeding customers. While we use safe fragrances and ingredients, individual differences should be taken into consideration.
If you have concerns or specific needs, we suggest allergy testing or opting for our unscented products for maximum safety and comfort. Your health and comfort are our top priorities, and we're here to support and provide advice whenever needed.

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
